• Oversee fabrication processes, ensuring timely delivery of event materials and maintaining quality standards.

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.

• Develop and maintain event timelines and production schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure event spaces are set up according to specifications and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the event operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
