Starting from the Scratch

We deliberated to build a strong foundation and build it up on the ground revamping RVNL’s digital presence.  The first step was to make a video encompassing RVNL’s journey to date, followed by creating its Corporate AV. Both these videos were made of 5 minutes each entailing every minute detail of the Organization.

construction of the project

Their ongoing flagship project i.e., the Bhanupali-Bilaspur-Beri BG Line project was decided on first. A 63 km long Broad Gauge line is being built in the lower Himalayan regions, connecting Himachal Pradesh with the Indian Rail Network.   The project comprises the construction of 20 tunnels with a cumulative length of 26 km and 26 rail bridges and viaducts with a cumulative length of 8.5 km.  For ease of execution, the construction process is divided into 3 phases and 5 packages.  Multiple teams were identified for carrying out a recce of the area, taking technical measurements, understanding the distance between the construction points, making sample videos to make a comprehensive production plan.

VR to the Rescue

The RVNL Team sought after involving modern technologies so we identified the production process in VR. This was done to highlight the massive scale of the project. After 7 days of shooting in a very challenging environment, we were successfully able to cover all the tunnels and bridges for making the teaser, marketing, master, and progress videos.  The experience during the production process was extremely difficult yet unbelievably satisfying for the entire team involved.
