This flagship event, gathering 15,000-20,000 biking enthusiasts nationwide over 2-3 days, needed a new dimension. For Motoverse 2023, Royal Enfield collaborated with Ink In Caps to create an engaging activity, aiming to boost user interaction, elevate brand visibility, and position Royal Enfield as a contemporary brand embodying Freedom, Individuality, and Ruggedness. The primary goal was to infuse a fresh wave of excitement into Rider Mania, creating an immersive experience that resonated with Royal Enfield's core values. The campaign aimed to foster a sense of freedom, celebrate individuality and embody ruggedness in the minds of the participants

Partnering with Royal Enfield, Ink In Caps conceptualized a captivating experience—navigating through a dynamic maze. A key element was the integration of a sophisticated driver tracking system, a technology-driven solution to capture each rider's journey meticulously.

A custom software solution was deployed, ensuring precision in capturing and processing rider movements within the maze. The tracking system, seamlessly integrated with the Rider Mania event, delivered real-time data, allowing for the creation of captivating animations.

Visual Spectacle

The captured journey data was transformed into visually stunning animations projected onto a LED screen in real time. This not only provided an immersive experience for the riders navigating the maze but also served as a visual feast for onlookers, sparking excitement and anticipation.

Leaderboard Dynamics

To intensify the thrill, a leaderboard was strategically set up, recognizing and celebrating the fastest riders to conquer the maze. This real-time acknowledgement added a competitive edge, fostering a sense of achievement and camaraderie among participants.
